Cumulative: all dividends are carried forward until specified and paid our only at the end of the specified period.
Redeemable:can be claimed after a fixed period or after giving due notice
Non-Convertible: cannot be at anytime converted into equity shares.
Bonnus: An extra share of profits which may be given to current shareholders in a company, based upon the number of shares that the shareholder already owns. If in any year the company has surplus profits then the shareholders will be receiving more profit in addition to their fixed profits.
